The yahoo article on ';Letterman guy'; is poorly written. It lists the offences for which he was convicted, then states that he was sentenced to 10 years for overcharging him (the 10 years is for all of the offences combined).


The woman was convicted of manslaughter - and as I am sure you are aware, killing, murder, and manslaughter are not all identical.
