There isn't a way to upload photos onto cars from a computer or storage device. Every design you see is made by someone, there are some damn talented artists out there. Also man best way to get a graffiti car is to go buy one on the auction house.How to do custom paint jobs in forza 2?
He's right. The livery editor is the only way to put images on your car. It keeps the amount of designs low and avoids any Copyrighted materials being posted. Well...sort of.
