Sure why not put some fictional chrome on your fictional car, and while you are at it make it fly as well, anything is possible in your mind.
To seriously answer the question, there is chrome ';look'; paint available to automotive refinish professionals. It is not chrome by definition, but it does look chrome. I have used it to do motorcycle parts before, but it was outrageously expensive, and that was with no labor cost or markup.

If you have to ask, you can't afford it. The car was disassembled and the parts electro-plated. Probably cost as much as the car itself.
