Car paint job without patching?

I just scratched my car against cement wall, it looks like a bad filing job since the cement was weathered down. Its pretty much overall, about the surface area of my hand and dark chrome color, instead of smoke red like the rest of the car.





Is it possible to have it painted without it looking like a patch on the rest of the car? How much would it cost if its possible?
