Crappy paint job problem?

so i really suck at painting. i decided to paint my room a color called sailboat. its like a navy blue but darker. the paint i bought comes with a primer mixed in.

so right now im on a good four coats and it looks like crap (light and dark spots)

im pretty sure its because im not spreading the paint evenly

i painted onto white walls. i dont know what type of paint the white was or even what type my blue paint is.

any suggestions?Crappy paint job problem?
if paint is mixed in ulta deep base. walls may have needed a grey primer before top coat.Crappy paint job problem?
You have to keep paint on your roller. Dont paint the same area over while it is still wet. Put a single coat on the wall evenly and let it all dry before the second coat.

It sounds like you might be taking the paint off and causing it to streak.

Trick is too keep the roller wet with paint and dont try to stretch it out until it is dry. Also if you use a bigger nap, at least 3/4 you can cover it faster.

I hope you find this helpful
did you stir the paint thoroughly?
