How can I get a job painting for money instead of people not paying me for my art work or thinking that it is?

I paint thousands of paintings and yet noone pays for them. It has cost me a fortune to paint and try to do the best that I can. I think my stuff is worth a lot but I am not being appreciated. I have painting thousands of paintings and yet I can no longer pay the bills and have to pay for school all of the time. I have so much schooling and no job that it is unbelievable and yet people keep hiring men.How can I get a job painting for money instead of people not paying me for my art work or thinking that it is?
Were you high? What part of starving artist didn't you understand? Most people, with school, are not able to continue with art. Thats explains about 60% of the Starbucks employees. Well, if you are set on making money, then setting up art shows would be the best place to start. However, make sure your quality of work is high enough to put a price on. If you've done thousands of pieces of art, you understand that a masterpiece comes around every once in a while. Also that real work and real art takes time to perfect and master proficiently. Any way displaying at galleries and shows will get your name in to the public view, and hopefully build your fan basis. How can I get a job painting for money instead of people not paying me for my art work or thinking that it is?
Go to an art festival and rent a booth out or have a solo exhibit of your work and sale some paintings. Sometimes it just takes the right person to like it. Put an ad in the newspaper confronting people what you would like to do, do some murals or something what they want. Well good luck!
Van Gogh couldn't support himself either. Try getting a mentor, or marry someone who has a straight job. Or, paint on consignment, meaning you paint what customers want you to paint. Or, spend 50% of your time painting and 50% working at a paying job. This is not shameful. According to the Screen Actors Guild, 98% of actors are unemployed at any given time.
try looking into fancy faux finishing and/or mural and Trompe-l'艙il company.

I know several painters that make good money this way.

Also, working in an art supply store is the ultimate artist job . . discount!

and if you are good with kids, afterschool programs are always looking for art teachers.
What do you mean by ';people keep hiring men';?
