I have a 1995 Land Rover Discovery. I would like to give it a matte/flat black paint job. I can do any of the sanding and have accses to any power tool imaginable. I am wondering if I do as much as I can what would the cost be to paint the truck. Also what would I have to do?Matte/flat black paint job cost? 10 points!?
most decent places will want to do all the sanding and everything themselves because they wont warranty your work, and cant warranty theirs if they didnt do it or see how well it was done. You could probably get out of Macco for $500-$700 without a clear coat. But if you find a local guy willing to bring it in a paint booth and throw some matte black on it you could get it less Im sure.
