Car needs a paint job?

So I have a red civic. It has little dents all over it. I've already filled in 2 dents but theres too many dents to fill. How do I go about fixing this? Do I have to fill in every dent? Also the paint is fading. Do I have to sand the whole car down and if so how far? Or should I just get someone to paint over the old paint? Car needs a paint job?

lol ..painting and prepping a car is done by trained professionals ..im afraid you will do farther damage if i tell you the details besides its quite long process..but yes all those dents need to be filled and no the whole car dont have to be sanded it just needs to be scuffed wash b4 painting...have some 1 do the job ..and just go find some thing fun to do
all the dents have to be filled or panel beated out but don't panel beat if you don't no what your doing.
