depending in what type of paint u want red is one of the expensive colors like silver but if you want PPG if you ask a shop to buy it for u it will run for $89 per quart if you buy it yourself it will be like $140 per quart

It depends on the quality. Maaco will probably do it for until $2000 and it will look really good for a couple of years. At a custom car shop it will be more like $6000 - $8000 and will look good for years. A show quality paint job will run even higher.
