Would a paint job cost more if i had a body kit and a spoiler or would it be less without it?

The cost would be minimal. Most shops charge a flat hourly rate for materials. The program we use has times already establishe for refinishing certain parts of the car. A body kit is on the rockers, sometimes the doors and your bumpers. If a computer program is bieng used for an estimate, it won't distinguish between a rocker with effects, or just a rocker. It wil be the same cost.

yes because the guy who paints it has to use more paint
It probably will cost you a little bit more because the sprayer has to use more paint and blend more items in with the paint work.
