usually a local music store does it or knows someone that does it. i shouldn't be more than two hundred.
a custom guitar workshop would be your best bet
If you can't find a guitar shop to do it for you go to a custom auto body shop. Du Pont's Chromalusion automotive paint has actually been used on guitars. Although be forewarned it is very pricey.
A good few hundred 拢/$'s, not sure where you would want to go though, no idea where you're situated. But the fact is that Tele's are pretty ugly no matter what paint job you give it ;)
